"Katy has been a champion of customer service in my store and more than exceeded her goals pertaining to the key performance measures to which I as Store Manager am held accountable. On multiple occasions she would “wow” me with her positive attitude and many customers would also compliment her on how they were treated with a smile and a thank you in her checkout line. She would often go above and beyond by demonstrating excellent salesmanship in offering add-on sales to include Sears Credit Cards and product replacement plans. On multiple occasions she would obtain 5 or more credit cards per shift more than tripling her peers' averages per shift.
Katy was also extremely willing to perform any job in the store and was proactive in demonstrating her work ethic on a daily basis. Furthermore, I am impressed by Katy’s extracurricular activities to include volunteering and supporting community organizations and her church on a regular basis."

"I did random roommate my freshman year and got along with Katy from the very beginning. She is a caring, helpful, friendly, and hardworking person.
